This is not "wallpaper" as you think of it in a house, and unless your window would leak, I'd bet you'd never see it get worse.
I don't think I'd let anyone other than the factory even try to fix this. Be like opening a can of worms.
On one of your trips up north, run by the factory and have them look at it along with all the other issues your dealer can't fix. Make an appointment though, early. The factory is really worth touring while your there
