Our Leprechaun is a 2012. The layout is great for us, and the Chevy chassis has been problem free. However, the build quality of the coach is not very good. We've had plumbing leaks due to a screw run through a pipe during construction, leaks due to cheap connectors on the pex pipes, and roof leaks due to no caulking or gaskets on the marker lights. We still have one roof leak we haven't been able to track down. It feels like Coachmen used the cheapest parts, and the cheapest engineering they could.
This is by far not our first RV, nor is it our first Coachmen. It will be our last.
