I don't know anything about Fleetwood's customer service. They're a pretty big company, though, and they make all kinds of RVs as well as modular homes. They weathered the crash of a few years ago and are still manufacturing.

FYI: if I am correct Fleetwood was one of the companies that did not weather the crash. Not sure if they went bankrupt and were bought out or just plain bought out. In any event it is not the same Fleetwood as it was prior to the crash.
I know nothing more about their products.
