I am thinking about getting this, is there any good or bad experience with this RV from Dynanax.

Be very very careful about its carrying capacity. You may find it's overloaded, right out of the box. They add to the rear overhang without extending the wheelbase, and those single rear wheels don't have much capacity to begin with.
