2017 Legacy Headlight

I lost my low beam headlights on my 2017 Forest River Legacy 38C, I have looked high and low for a fuse and can't find it. The high beams and fog lights work and the light switch on dash is illuminated. I have looked in the fuse box located in the bay under driver area and found every fuse but the headlights. Appreciate any guidance.

Both low beam bulbs were burnt out, they were nstalled at the same time but I find it odd that they both burnt out at the same time, hopefully there isn't an electrical issue causing the problem.
    Thanks for all the responses.

Is it possible that they are on the same circuit and one could have gotten water or blown and caused the other to go?

That could very well be what happened, it was raining pretty heavily that night.

  • If for light are working normally they will work with low beams either your low beams are burnt out or the switch went bad. get a test light and see if you are getting power on the leads for low lights.
  • My guess would also be low beam bulbs. I've seen them go out within a week of each other. You may have had one out and not noticed it until both went out. Pull a bulb and check voltage or just replace both with newer brighter bulbs.
  • There is no "fuse" for the Headlights. They are on a built in Circuit Breaker connected with the Dash Headlight switch. Usually you replace the Headlight switch, BUT if Hi beams operate, then check and make sure you have 12 volt power to the low beam. As unlikely as it sounds, both low beam bulbs may be bad. Doug
