We have had our 2016 View 24G for about 8 months now and are fairly pleased with it. The 2/3-1/3 split bed works best it the 1/3 is at the foot. You can hold the whole thing together with a mattress pad and fitted sheet. When you are ready to pull in the slide you just flip up the 1/3 on top. As someone said the heat pump is noisy and so is the furnace. The 2017's may have the Truma Combi system which gives tankless hot water and is much quieter. I know they were putting them in the ERA's.
We haven't used the outside speakers or the booster seats yet. One thing the 24G gives you is more counter space and a nice, but small pantry.
The grey water tank has to be pumped out, consequently when winterizing, it takes a couple of extra gallons of antifreeze to winterize the pump. The hot water heater by-pass which won't be a problem if there is a Truma Combi is behind the wardrobe drawer which is a pita to remove.
Also be aware if you are carrying anything on a luggage rack hitch, it must be low enough for the rear slide to go over it.
I would order one again. We would get the aluminum rims, an upgrade fantastic fan with a rain cover, the Truma Combi furnace hot water heater and I would get rid of the overhead large vent, if that is possible. Also, if it is possible I would have the rear bed platform hinged so you wouldn't have to be Houdini to access items stored under the bed.
