I have had the Heki skylight in 2 different RVs and if at all possible I would not have another one. Both of them leaked from the factory so I had to reseal them. The one in the Winnebago View had to be replaced because the sides were out of sync and it would not close properly. After that one was replaced I disconnected the wires so it could never be opened as long as I owned it. When I traded it in I hooked the wires back up so it would work.
Another thing that I really hated was that you were not supposed to close the blind all the way (per their instructions) when the sun was up as it would get to hot between the shade and the cover which could cause the skylight cover to crack and there was a lot of heat coming in through the skylight.
I'm so glad our new MH came without the Heki and if I ever have one in another RV it well be to soon. I know a lot of people like them and have had no problems with them and I'm happy for them but they don't make it for me.
