2020 Jayco GrayHawk 29MVP. Do I need to add Surge Protector

My new 2020 Jayco GrayHawk Prestige 29 MVP is 30 Amp power. It has a Electronic power Management System to allow the TWO Air conditioners to run on that 30 amps. Question...Is this 'EMS' the same as a...

Can't hurt, considering the cost to repair/replace electrical problems.
Sometimes the semantics get confusing with all sorts of duplicity, and acronyms get reused as well, just to increase the confusion.
