Many (most?) "old" Prevost's are as nice, or nicer than the new fiberglass coaches and, as mentioned above, 1000% safer. The ride and handling is so far superior there simply is no comparison. Most of the old Prevost's have been remodeled to reflect today's decor and the bugs that haunt all those new coaches are gone. Service is available Nationwide and the support network is terrific. An XL2 in the 2007 - 2008 range will cost less than $500,000 and will be work a pile more money when you sell it years from now (if you can bare to let it go)!
Are they all just right for your needs? Of course not! Put there likely is at least one that is. You just have to keep looking. Prevost-Stuff, Prevost Community, Olympia Coach, East Tennessee Luxury Coach, Marathon and Liberty Coach are the major players in this field and it's worth a serious look before spending that kind of cash. Find one somewhere that you can drive and you will never look back.
This is our 1998 Country Coach. Nothing old about this coach. It is a non-slide, but that's our choice for a number of reasons. A dual slide would give you substantially more floor space.
