Ok moved to 50 amp today. Plugged in.... same thing panel said 50 amp put no power to all larger items. Would not run electric heat. Flipped the pedestal (park) lever off and then back and all came back on. We have taken out the kitchen drawer looking for any type of inverter converter or switch of any type and in all outside compartments. None. So we are back to square one except this time we have 50 amps of power. Thanks for all your help. I am going to learn this one way or another I guess.
Maybe I'm not understanding the problem but if all power came back on, is there another problem other than locating the inverter? AND it is an inverter your looking for and not a converter,,, right? One reason I'm asking is because your propane heat does not work from 120 volt power, it is strictly 12 volt (in my experience).
I don't know if anyone mentioned but if you're still looking for the Automatic Transfer Switch; you should be able to follow the power cable from the park pedestal and it should terminate inside the ATS. Sorry if I missed some other answers to these questions.
