30 amp to 50amp Adapter
Can a camper with 30amp plug in to 50amp service with a adapter? what would happen? Its still only receiving 120volt right? or No.

Yes you can. The 50amp to 30amp RV adapter for a 30 amp coach does not plug into the 4th leg of a 50amp RV plug.
