Your 50 amp service is actually theoretically a 230 volt 50amp 4 wire service capable of approx 11,500 watts, two ungrounded conductors with a shared grounded conductor refereed to as a neutral and one equipment ground. The 30 amp service is a 120 volt 30 three wire service good for 3600 watts. Anything is possible but for all you two wire hook up three wire **** ups I would leave this to the experts.
