1. Where are you?
2. Air up the coach fully, then turn it off and watch your gauges. Time how long it takes for the air to bleed down from 110psi to about 60psi.
Do you know how AIR BRAKES work? I'm guessing here that you have limited knowledge of your air system. I'll hit one fairly significant issue you may not be aware of.
THIS IS A WARNING ! PLEASE READ BEFORE DRIVING YOUR COACH !
Your air brakes depend on air to work, unlike a car that uses fluid. Normal air pressure in your system is 110-120psi. When that air pressure drops to about 60-65psi, your system will sound an alarm. If that happens, STOP asap !!! When the air pressure drops to 20-45psi your EMERGENCY brakes will apply. Low pressure releases a powerful spring which applies the brakes. If you are MOVING when this happens, you could lose control of the coach and CRASH ! That semi following behind you could climb inside your coach if you suddenly stop in front of him too.! Either way, it's a dangerous situation.
Again, a small air leak should be checked immediately but the coach can be driven a short distance. A LARGE leak, such as you described, is dangerous and should be fixed before the coach is driven.....Dennis
