Anyone have any experience with the 4x4 Phoenix models? I'm thinking their 2351 with the 4x4 option may be just the ticket for full-timing a little off the beaten path.
From what I have seen, nothing with duallies is ever going be very good in bad road conditions, 4 wheel drive or not. ARV got the first 4X4 Sprinter they received stuck in a field and had to get it pulled out, per a video they posted.
Might be better on the Ford, by some amount, but only if you could get manually controlled locking differentials on both ends. Full time lockers are not safe for normal driving IMO.
