Another vote for the Chevy. DH is 6'4" and felt very cramped when he tried to test drive a Ford. The Chevy has a little more comfortable for him and on our RVision there is enough room behind the drivers seat to recline some.
He is also able to walk around our unit and stand up in the shower. Not enough room to stretch but he doesn't bump his head. :E
