I have looked at several Super Cs including the Nexus, price is the first concern, the Nexus are well over our budget. Overall height is also a concern as they are much too tall for our outbuilding door. The FourWinds 33SW was a candidate for a while, but I could not get past the household fridge with inadequate batteries for extended dry camping and the complete lack of effort in matching the cab area with the cabin decor nor the step down into the cab.
I'm also just not convinced that the advantage of having diesel power for pulling outweighs the extra initial cost of the Super Cs, plus the extra cost of operating a diesel. When you add in the other drawbacks mentioned above it becomes a no-go. A 5 year old Jayco Seneca on the old Kodiak Chassis with the Duramax seemed like a better option but then again, it's a 5 year old RV.
