I know I've seen some actual weights of B+s and Cs as they leave the factory but I'm having a hard time finding them again now. I want to say they were around 10,000#s.
Worst case, there is a large truck stop not far away from our local Thor dealer, I could kill two birds with one stone...take one for a drive and weigh the front and rear axle weights at the same time.
There should be sticker in the motorhome with the weight of the unit. I thought it is a law now ? I just went out and checked my old 1997 Coachmen (which I just sold 2 days ago :B) and that has corner weights from when it left the factory. Including full fuel and liquids,it weighed in at 9,622# with a GVWR of 11,500# and a GCWR of 18,500#.
My newer Itasca at 32 1/2' didn't come with corner weights but did give an OCCC of 3,275# which means the motorhome itself with full fuel and liquids weighs 11,225#. That has the 14,500# GVWR and the 22,000# GCWR although they stuck a 5,000# hitch on it and limit tongue weight to 350#.
I did weigh the Itasca, and with my wife and I, and the vehicle fully loaded for camping, it weighed 11,940# with about 3/4 tank of fuel, leaving us 2,560# under the GVWR
