Suggest you take the post above seriously and look into what the maintenance history is and inspect the remaining roof seals for integrity. If the remaining side has good seals that strengthens your claim. If those seals are shot then it weakens your claim. There are other Winnies that have had this happen as well. Do a search.

I don't know how an insurance adjuster can tell you without even seeing your unit that your roof was OK before the storm and you are covered. Hopefully for your sake it is true. Read your policy and see what the terms are.
