Sounds like a normal "scripted" response meant to send you on your way. keep at it with all the in depth questions. they are not used to people asking serious in depth questions. their is nothing to deny if you have proof that it was damaged in high winds while parked. would they deny damage on your house also? does your policy specifically state that the roof is not covered due to damage from high winds? when they pause when you are asking your questions, you know they don`t have the answers for you, which shows they just denied the claim without looking into it!
