Here you go, with the written procedure, as taken from the Winnebago Club news website. With this paperwork in hand it's pretty easy for either one to deny the claim. The consumer can say they've done the maintenance themselves, either Winnie or Progressive can say it wasn't done properly.
The consumer can say they hired it done, Winnie or Progressive can say go after the shop that did the work, as obviously it wasn't done right.
Believe me, I've worked on this roof design - it's a very poor example of how a roof should be built. Wafer thin fiberglass, virtually impossible to keep sealed long term.
And again, wheres Bumpy when we need him. :h
