90lb propane tank
is there something that you can do to keep the propane tank from rusting away mine lasted 12 years i notice alot of rust under and around it. is that a normal for that age time to replace. thanks! ...

We had a rust problem with the tank on our 2001 Adventurer. We used Por15 with a top coat of industrial grey enamel from a spray can.

The stuff isn't cheap @ about $40.00 per quart, but you'll never have to worry about rust again. Our 28 gallon tank took less than a pint for 2 coats. If you can buy it in a pint container it should be more than enough.
