old roof was thin aluminum. coated with Dicor metal primer and elastomeric sealant. worked for 1.5 years, kind of.

new roof is Dicor Diflex ii TPO. NOTE: it gets installed with texture side facing UP. If I could shout that to the internet I would because even their site doesn't tell you which way to install it. Hopefully, they will amend that.
