Here's a closeup of two broken bolts on the same exhaust port

Ryan emailed these to me and I just uploaded them to flicR and linked here at a smaller image size.
I'm sure he'd like some suggestions.
Seeing the pictures, I like the Home Made Template (Drilling Jig actually) idea.
1. Get a Steel Bar that'll span bolt holes on 2 or 3 exhaust ports. Scribe a lengthwise line down the center
2. Remove 1 or 2 more Spark Plugs
3. Mark the Bar carefully and drill four holes - Two small drill bit guide holes over the broken fasteners - Two 3/8" holes over two holes where the Jig will bolt to the Head
4. Install with 2 3/8" bolts and tighten with small holes over broken fasteners
5. Drill the broken fasteners using the Bar/Jig/Template as a Guide
