OK - thanks guys! I have been reading...and reading...and reading!
The bolts broke off before I made any attempt to remove the manifold. The leak and the noise was really noticeable, especially when cold. Once the coach warms up, much quieter, but since I'm planning on keeping this for another 4-5 years - I wanted to fix it right.
I have some Cobalt LH drill bits coming Monday and my plan right now is to continue soaking in Kroil and banging on them with a punch. I am going to try and ground the ends of the bolts flat - possibly with a dremel attachment, so I can try snd get a nice flat surface to center punch a starting hole. Then I'm going to carefully try and use a 1/8 LH drill bit and see if I can't get a hole through the bolt. Still considering the template and guide bushing idea...I do have an extra exhaust manifold that I could use as a template, but I do not have a drill press...
I still have not heard back from that online company...
