95 Georgie boy Cruisemaster--to buy or forget about it?

Most likely a Ford F53 chassis. Of course, price is everything; there will be some repairs needed. It may need new tires, check their "best-before" date. The Ford 460 is pretty much bullet-proof, the only issue with that has been dealt with by addition of the Banks exhaust.
90888 miles is not a big issue if its been maintained. Check for leaks, rot, and as mentioned, tires should be younger than 6-7 years.
