Something to consider:
My factory installed camera (non adjustable) gave me a good view of the front of the tow car, but not much info about surrounding traffic. When the camera/monitor died, I installed two wired cameras on the rear of the motorhome so that I could have a close up view or a longer range view. This flexibility can also be accomplished by a single camera with the tilt and pan feature, which is more expensive. I use both cameras a lot: The close up one for positioning the motorhome for connecting the tow car or for backing up and the longer range one for viewing the traffic.
The vendors mentioned above have good reputations. There are a lot of inexpensive systems available on Amazon and Ebay. I've had good luck with the cheaper 7 inch LCD Color Monitors from Ebay. It's easy to go too cheap on the camera however.
