the bear II, I could see my wife complaining over anything that is not the same as home. I do lean most toward metal knobs that will get hot, but I will likely hear about that too. :)
Eric, I know better than to shut down that one burner, much better to handle black gum-wad style knobs than to hear about a half-stove from the Mrs.
I did think about taller knobs SkiMore, interesting that you brought it up. Knowing my wife, she'd rest the griddle on those taller knobs, then complain the RV is not level, ha, ha.
I should take the huge metal knobs off our back deck grill and see if they will work on the RV stove. I should take a few pics of all this.
