To all who've commented,
Thank you all for the nice comments. It's a serious new adventure for us. Our coach is a 36' Itasca Horizon 36GD with the C-7 330 CAT. If I give myself about 2' of walk-around room in the front, when the RV garage door is closed, it still gives me about 15' or so in the back for a "tinker" area, if you know what I mean. That is a nice RV garage and, based on all the parameters we needed for this move, it was the best of all situations.
There's a builder over there that's building nice homes with, get this, 24' wide x 74' long RV garages on them. Now, that's what I really wanted but, based on area, neighborhood, lot size, and a few other considerations, we got the best we could.
Now, as for the gent who's planning on maybe picking something up in Welton, well, we too thought of that place. But, if I'm not mistaken, you get a small "cottage" type place with only a motor home "Carport" type thing. But, again, it's been a while since I did any research in that area.
The parking along side the RV garage is 11' wide right now but, with a little work and, a 3' retaining wall, that will grow to right at 15'-16' wide. And, I'll either put nice looking pavers down or just say the heck with it and call for concrete truck. There's plans for a small pool too in the near future.
Again, thanks to all for your nice comments. Very much appreciated.
