Yes, both Country Coach and Monaco converted a Prevost chassis into motorhomes. If I'm not mistaken, the Monaco's were called the Prevost Royale and CC's versions were obviously called the Prevost Country Coach.
Both of the above will have Detroit Diesel engines with 515 hp. and 1,650 lb. ft. of torque. Prevost now uses the Volvo D13 with 500 hp and 1,750 lb. ft. of torque. Prevost use 12V and 24V systems. Our coach will have 4 alternators.
I agree with Bill above, especially studing Prevost's and Newell's for over 6 months now. If I were looking at used, I would by either brand used vs. a new off the line coach.
