Lazy Days prices are very high compared to similar units listed on the net, and I suspect highly negotiable. You can find Newells and Prevost conversions running from $40,000 to $2M depending on year. RVT.com and RVOnline.com have good search engines where you can look up values of older coaches. Unfortunately, all coaches depreciate at a depressing rate, whether they are cheap gassers or high-end bus conversions.
As far as quality goes, it is somewhat subjective. A high-end motorhome may be high quality, but the sheer complexity may make it more prone to failures. Motorized shades may be considered high quality, but when they fail, repairs will be expensive, and more difficult for the self-helper, so are they better?
