The list above is what I was thinking about. Don't forget depreciation as well - probably one of the biggest costs.
I never really mention depreciation (being an a Accountant it seems odd I know) because it's really not an out of pocket day to day cost. It only becomes important at selling time or never if you don't sell. Living day to day rolling down the road will be your actual out of pocket expenses.
I even consider my monthly storage garage part of the motorhome expense because it costs me out of pocket every month. Fuel? I have a 150 gallon tank... can't remember the last time I bought fuel. LOL!
