They should be able to tell you if you can, or cannot do this, and what would be required. The RV should already be wired and plumbed so unless you are going to up grade the system, it should be fine. The waste water system will probably need to have the holding tanks by-passed, to directly dump into the sanitary sewer system tie-in.
