Kind of depends on how level or what the angle of level is while you are parked..and how flat or crowned your roof is.
Ours is crowned and the condensation drain is on the side opposite the awning so ours always drips away from the awning and the doors.
If you have a flat roof, you can park slightly un-level with the down side opposite the awning or toward the back.
