Ac questions, how cold, how much freon.. Ect?

I work at a car dealer service and know a good amount about stuff. I have several ac machines and a good general tech helping me. But looks like you can charge on the rear, or the front, does it matter? It's got a side radiator and condenser with no ac sticker.
