Your rig is probably wired for 30 amp service so you can only run one A/C at a time. In my rig I have 2 thermostats one is in the hall and is for the furnace and front A/C. The other is in the bed room and is only for the bedroom A/C. So just try running 1 A/C at a time and see if one or both work but with 30 AMP only one at a time will work.
