Well being a 32 year vol, paid & EMS firefighter/rescue. I have seen many people that would take many more the one day range training and testing to even be close to be ready to drive to a scene. Better YES, It take many hr. of driving & backing time to be proficient as does in a RV. It should be as a commercial driver, with there pre trip inspection to do there walk around of there rig checking all essential equipment. I'm sure that is what you meant that it take a lot of practice/driving time to be a good driver! :)
