One item mentioned that we must all consider. If we demand the government impose stricture safety standards on both the chassis and coach builders then we must also be prepared to accept the end results. Escalation in costs, increase weight, reduced fuel economy, potential floor plan eliminate (slides), reduced loading capacity, nationwide licensing (driver and coach) requirements/restrictions. Be careful what we wish for as we may not like the end result.
