Two policies prevail when driving my coach...
Don't drive any faster than your angel can fly... And, there is always someone out to get you... So, be on your guard!
In the short time I've been driving my coach, I caught myself thinking about how stupid someone else is to drive too close to me or take a nasty chance to overtake me when they shouldn't... But then I quickly remind myself "I'm the only one who is control of driveing and controling my coach..."
If I take chances I put myself, my coach and my family at risk... On our last trip, in the five thousand miles I drove... I pulled over for traffic eight times, hit the breaks for passing traffic every time, got completely off the highway during bumper to bumper traffic twice and got mad at another driver in a car once...
I used to drive a truck and I learned two things from that experiance...
Trucks can't go as fast as cars and...
When something happens in a truck... the driver looses...!
Exercise safe driving and collision avoidance whenever you're behind that wheel and you won't need to know what coach survives a crash best...
