Well, I think the consensus thus far is that the best thing you could do for it would be to take it out for a long drive somewhere, even if you don't burn off all the fuel in it.
One of the things you have to remember is that when you filled it up last, the fuel you put in it contained ethanol, which is gonna make that fuel LESS stable than the stuff that @bumpy had in his rig for 5 years.
I think I'd go with the suggestion to drain (put it in your regular car to burn it off already; I dunno about you, but at close to $4 a gallon, 75 gallons is way beyond ALL of my Craigslist friends) and refill.
