I made a manual version of this last week. I can adjust the head to 3 different positions and the knees to 2 positions...we find that in our stick and bricks we typically leave the bed in the same position anyway so manual seemed fine for me...still need to do a few tweaks (like adding something to keep the mattress from sliding) but I think it's going to work great!
