You need to expand your search field. Check craigslist from around the country for the rv you are looking for. There are several late models on the local one for the price range you speak of. These may also include some smaller class a's. We know a couple who purchased new a 24ft thor and traded it in within 6 months for a used 35 ft class a. 24 ft was too small for the 2 of them so dont get hopes up on small as smaller is not necessarily better for all. Ours is a 28 ft B+ works for us but we dont plan on taking grandkids as they are still too attached to their parents. So they will travel with them and us if we go together as a family.
