Advice on purchase: Manadalay 40E and Monaco Dynasty???

Agree on the monaco. The 8 bag chassis models, kinght, diplomat, and HR ambasador and endeaver, are head and shoulders above the mandolay.
A Dynasty, that's not even on the same street.
