That is correct. It may take some time for the dealers to get all of the parts required. My Hemi went in for two of the recalls a few months ago and even then they only had parts for one recall.
The first link I gave was to the NHTSA website and you can register all of your vehicles there to be notified of recalls on any of your vehicles. At least the notification lets you know what is coming even though the manufacturer is not ready to perform the recalls at this time.
