All done, probably took me 3 hrs including R&R the shocks. I cut the bags in pieces with a sawzall and pulled the pieces out with needle nose vise grips. The Firestone bags are not all that rubbery or easy to roll up. I ended up rolling them up to the air valve to get all the air out with the schrader valve out, then while it was still rolled, I put the valve back in. Then I let it unroll with no air in them and folded them in half making sure the top end of the bag was folded upwards, I didn't use ties straps as I thought they would only catch on the way through the hole. It takes some squeezing, pushing and wiggling, but they finally got in. I could not get the bottom donut they supply you with slid in through the coils, couldn't get the bag pushed up far enough so I slit it in half to the center hole and twisted it in through the bottom hole. The new bags have it sitting up 2" high in the front and sits level now. Pretty tough job for an older guy like me laying on my back. Haha
