I've never had much luck with air mattresses lasting very long. One problem with having an air mattress is a motorhome is you have to be very careful with altitude. If you fill it up at sea level and then head up into the hills you may hear a loud bang from the back of the motorhome when it pops. There have been several stories of people on here who have purchased the home version of the select comfort only to have it pop while going up into the hills. The RV version of the select comfort has some type of release valve in case people forget to let the air out.
