YES! The mattress is much more comfortable than the spring and cloth one we took out, but pay special attention when closing your deflated bed back up to couch position that the mattress not slide forward into the scissor portion of the frame. It will definitely pinch/cut the mattress. I bought a second bladder for our mattress and will be more careful when stowing. You will like it just be attentive when storing and should give years of service.
