No different that nitrogen in the tires...tell enough people that "X" is great and you'll have everyone saying that its great.
Someone stated that they arent on all new coaches because they cost money. Who you trying to fool anyway? The builders dont install them because they do no good and if there was even an iota of proof that they actually inproved fuel comsumption....buyers would insist on them
