Allegheny tunnel
We're on a trip to Pa, Md onto Nc. Can we drive our motorhome through the Allegheny tunnel. We have an lp tank, of course. If not, how should we go.

- Thanks. We carry the normal (for a mh) amount of lp. I just remembered reading about a tunnel that did not allow motorhomes, so I thought I better check. Must have been another state.
- No Problem! Do it all the time.
- Are your carrying enough LP that it requires a placard? I doubt it. Here are the Pennsylvania Turnpikes restrictions:

- I've driven our Southwind through all the tunnels on the PA Turnpike, including the Allegheny tunnel. No problem.
RV's travel the turnpike all the time.
