If you are doing it yourself you need to drain the transmission into a bucket that has quart markings on the side. Refill with exactly that amount. It will usually be about 11 quarts.
Drive the coach 15 to 20 miles and then drain the transmission again and refill. That is what Allison recommends for a complete change.
Allison says do NOT do a pressure flush.
You need to replace the spin-on filter. There is a magnet at the base of it that needs to go on the new filter.
I suggest using Transynd if it doesn't already have it.
I've changed my transmission fluid four times now over the past 12 years/80,000 miles. It's a easy as changing your engine oil and filter.
This is great advice. ALWAYS do what the mfg states when it comes to transmissions. Many people have learned the hard way with their dodge vehicles that ATF +3 is not Dextron 3. Be sure to use the exact fluid and procedure.
