I have an 06 Allison Trans 1000 in my coach I cant find my Allison manual! I would like to know when to change the trans fluid it came with transend ? I think the external filter changes every 25000 m...

I bought my coach second hand and have pondered changing the fluid and the filters. HOWEVER, my tranny fluid is still nice and clean and clear - as if it's almost new. I'm thinking that it may have been changed out at some point by the previous owner as he was one to stay on top of maintenance. Of course, I don't know for sure.
April 2005 is when Allison switched to Transynd. So any transmissions after that had Transynd so you would need the transmission serial number to trace when the transmission was built which obviously would be prior to it being installed in a Chassis.
I would guess that a fluid condition analysis would tell you what type of fluid you currently have in your tranny.
